What is it?

Strength and conditioning (S&C) is a comprehensive training approach aimed at improving physical performance and overall fitness by combining strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and functional movements, you could think of it as an advanced PT lesson. It's important to note that strength training is not solely about building muscle size; it encompasses a holistic approach, utilising scientific principles to prescribe targeted training effects that align with your specific goals.

What does a session include?

Our S&C / 1-2-1 personal training sessions are customised to meet the specific needs of individuals at any fitness level, not just athletes. We begin with a thorough consultation to understand your 3 and 6-month goals, continually tracking progress and holding you accountable to achieving those targets.
